Chemical Roundup Volunteers Needed at the City of Aurora
The City of Aurora is hosting a chemical roundup for its residents. They are accepting paint, automotive fluids, lawn and garden chemicals, household cleaners, mercury, vehicle batteries, household batteries, tires ($3 each), light bulbs and fluorescent lights.
Volunteers are needed to help register participants, unload vehicles, direct traffic and staff collection stations. All volunteers must be at least 15 years old.
This even will be held September 14th from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm at the Aurora Central Facility, 13645 E. Ellsworth Ave.
